Jennifer Logue is a Georgetown University Law Center graduate with 10 years of litigation experience.　 Ms. Logue has litigated in both state and federal court and has federal jury trial experience as both lead and second-chair counsel.　 Her areas of practice include police misconduct, civil rights, personal injury, dangerous condition of public property and employment law.

Before joining Stubbs & Leone, Ms. Logue was a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Oakland.　 In that capacity, Ms. Logue served as lead counsel in more than 60 cases, litigating on behalf of the City, it agencies, officers and employees.　 Ms. Logue also enjoyed a position as a Senior Staff Attorney for Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for 5 1/2 years; receiving a Certificate of Distinguished Service upon her resignation.

Ms. Logue is a member of the State Bars of Maryland and California, the District of Columbia Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
