NANCY HUNEKE (Of Counsel)
Ms. Huneke has been practicing law in
the San Francisco Bay Area since 1984
and has broad experience in complex and sensitive cases at
the trial court and appellate court levels in both State and
Federal court. Her practice focuses on the representation
of school districts
and other public entities. Her
litigation experience
includes employment discrimination, retaliation,
wrongful termination, sexual harassment, civil rights, ADA,
dangerous condition liability, public contracts,
breach of contract and general commercial cases.
Ms. Huneke
received her J.D. at George
Washington University in 1984, graduating cum laude.
She obtained an M.A. in History from San Francisco State
University in 1977 and a B.S. from the University of Nevada,
Reno in 1972.
