MARINA PITTS

Ms. Pitts has been in practice for approximately 20 years.  She has tried 13 cases to verdict, and has in excess of 100 arbitrations in both state and federal court.  Trials include claims of civil rights violations, wrongful termination, discrimination on the basis of gender, race, and disability, as well as personal injury.  She graduated from California Polytechnic University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and obtained her Juris Doctor in l984 from Golden Gate University.
