LOUIS A. LEONELouis Leone is a trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing public schools, community college districts, municipalities and corporate clients throughout the Bay Area. Mr. Leone graduated from Pepperdine Law School in 1981 and is admitted to practice law in California and all California federal courts as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has tried over 30 jury trials regarding catastrophic injury, civil rights, harassment, breach of contract, mold claims, RICO claims, lease disputes, construction and employment cases in both the state and federal courts. He has provided consultation services to a variety of public school districts in the field of education law, employment issues, discrimination, real estate and construction law. Mr. Leone has lectured for a multitude of professional organizations affiliated with school districts and public entities and is recognized as an expert in the fields of education law and public entity representation. Mr. Leone is also a mediator for the federal district courts.
