KATHLEEN DARMAGNACMs. Darmagnac has 15 years litigation experience with an emphasis on employment law. She has practiced in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies such as the Department of Fair Employment & Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, State Personnel Board, California Labor Commission, California Employment Development Department and the National Labor Relations Appeals Board. She has represented employers in a wide variety of employment litigation including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, FEHA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA and privacy rights. She also specializes in general employment advice, preventative counseling, negotiation and preparation of employment agreements and other documents, trainings and seminars. Ms. Darmagnac received her Juris Doctorate in 1990 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in French Literature in 1985 from the University of California at Berkeley. She also attended Universite de Paul Valery in Montpellier, France from 1984-1985, and she is fluent in written and spoken French.
