GREGORY E. STUBBS  (Of Counsel)

Mr. Stubbs has been a practicing trial attorney for almost 35 years. Following military service as a Russian translator with the United States Army Security Agency he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English Literature and Russian Studies by the University of Arizona in 1967. He received his JD degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1970 and was admitted to the California bar in 1971. Admitted to practice before all California State and Federal courts, the United States District Courts for the Districts of Oklahoma and Northern Texas, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits and the United States Supreme Court, Mr. Stubbs has extensive trial and appellate experience from more than 60 jury trials and an equal number of bench trials and contested mediations. Mr. Stubbs advocacy and legal counseling skills have been successfully applied in the areas of Real Property, Commercial Finance, Construction, Public Entity, Health Care, Creditor’s Rights, Constitutional and Corporation Law.
