Erin Stagg

Ms. Stagg’s practice focuses on general public entity litigation.  She has handled commercial, insurance coverage, land use, construction defect and employment matters.  Her experience in litigation also includes trial and arbitration preparation, law and motion work, mediations, and fact and expert witness discovery.  Ms. Stagg was also a member of a trial team for a three-month jury trial involving claims of fraud, breach of contract and intentional interference with contractual relations. 

Before joining Stubbs and Leone, Ms. Stagg was an associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips.  Ms. Stagg graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, in 2003.  In 2007, she received her Juris Doctorate from U.C. Berkeley School of Law where she received the Prosser Prize in Property, co-chaired the 2007 California Water Law Symposium, and was a member of the Boalt Hall Women’s Association Women’s Leadership Forum Steering Committee. 

Ms. Stagg is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
