Donna westphal
Ms. Westphal has worked as paralegal in the bay area for over 20
years. As a litigation paralegal in the Walnut Creek office of
Littler Mendelson, she assisted in the representation of employers
in a variety of matters, including defense of sexual harassment,
disability discrimination, race discrimination, and wrongful
termination. She has experience in all stages of litigation from
initial intake through settlement, trial, and appeal. In addition,
she worked in a boutique intellectual property firm and assisted in
a patent infringement trial in federal court that resulted in a $235
Million verdict for her client.
She has a BA in Public Administration from SDSU and a Paralegal
Certificate w/Honors from The National Center for Paralegal
Training.
