Allison RossAllison Ross has 10 years of litigation experience with an emphasis on employment law. She has broad experience with public entities and private companies in employment-related and general civil litigation in both the State and Federal courts and before administrative agencies. Her litigation experience includes employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, ADA, FEHA, FMLA, Title VII, and wrongful termination. Prior to joining Stubbs & Leone, Ms. Ross was a Deputy Attorney General for the California Office of the Attorney General, where her work included defending state agencies and employees in employment-related matters, arguing Pitchess motions for peace officer personnel records, and handling petitions for administrative mandamus on a variety of issues. Additionally, Ms. Ross was an associate attorney with Littler Mendelson, and a deputy district attorney with the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Ross received her J.D. from Pepperdine University and obtained a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.
